A Workteam Brigadier (Tatiana Bogonina-Vlasova, 1998)
In Russian usage, a “brigadier” is what is called in English usage a “foreman”. That is, it is someone in charge of a work gang or works section. One thing is for certain, this lady sure wasn’t born yesterday, and you’d have to get up pretty early in order to pull the wool over her eyes!
