Crimea (Natalia Kurguzova-Miroshnik, 2005)

We have two Crimean sunsets by this talented husband-and-wife team. You pays your money and you takes your choice. What is my favourite of the two? Well…

Konstantin Miroshnik. Evpatoria. no date (2000s?)

Evpatoria (Konstantin Miroshnik, no date (2000s))

This evocation of the Crimean coast at sunset near Evpatoria probably dates from the same time as the work by his wife, but, as no date is given, I cannot be certain.

Konstantin Miroshnik. Russian Beauty. no date (1990s-2000s?)

Russian Beauty (Konstantin Miroshnik, no date (1990s-2000s)

A very nice human study set (of course) in the Russian winter.

Children by the Sea (Natalia Kurguzova-Miroshnik, 2005)

Another adorable painting of children by Ms Kurguzova-Miroshnik. I LOVE this. I DARE you to call me sentimental and gushy. I confide that every woman viewing this shall agree with me, so, fellows… TAKE THAT.
